By accessing or using Mailxes ("the Service"), operated at mailxes.web.id, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Mailxes is an AI-powered daily planner that helps users organize tasks and plan their day. The Service includes web-based tools for task management, goal tracking, daily planning, and related productivity features.

3. Account Registration

To use Mailxes, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Mailxes only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

5. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within Mailxes, including tasks, goals, and notes. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.

We do not access, review, or use your content for any purpose other than operating and improving the Service.

6. Pricing and Payments

Mailxes offers both free and paid plans. For paid plans:

• Prices are listed on our pricing page and may change with notice
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance.

7. Free Trial

We may offer free trials of paid features. At the end of a trial period, your account will revert to the free plan unless you choose to subscribe. We will not charge you without your consent.

8. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
• Your data will remain accessible on the free plan
• No further charges will be made

9. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at help@mailxes.web.id. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may occasionally perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable notice for planned downtime when possible.

11. Intellectual Property

The Mailxes name, logo, and all related trademarks, designs, and intellectual property are owned by Mailxes. You may not use our branding without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mailxes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Service at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
